The Other Grey Girl – Part 8

With a wary feeling I step on the plane and I sit down in first class by the window. Although I grew up with this luxury, it always surprised me how good it feels. Ava sits in the seat next to me, and Elliot next to her. Ava has always been a little afraid to fly so we try to make it as comfortable as we can for her.
Because it’s late, Ava is almost asleep and I pull my soft blanket over my shoulders and cock my head to the window and stare outside. I can’t shake the feeling of the phone call I had earlier with Grace. She wouldn’t tell me what was wrong. Maybe I should do some research. I have many recourses that I can use, Grace doesn’t need to know, and I can’t stand it, to feel so helpless. My mother told me once that everything happens for a reason, but at this point I kind of lost fate in that philosophy. Elliot strokes my arm, “baby, is everything okay, you seemed kind of lost.” I can’t stand lying to my husband. So much has happened over the last few years and I have never lied to him, but in these past few days I lied so much to him. I feel so guilty towards him, and then to think that I got mad at him because he had a meeting with that God awful slut, Gia Matteo, while I am the one with a big ass secret. “Yeah, I am okay, I am just really tired. Can you keep an eye on Ava? I am going to try to take a few hours of sleep.” I try to smile at him.  He nods at me and I close my eyes.
I drift of in a restless sleep. The thought of Grace crying haunts me. I can’t shake it. I dream of Christian who leaves Ana for this woman who claims to have his child. Oh my God, Ana would be devastated. And what about the kids? Suddenly I hear somebody call my name. “Kate? Kate? Sweetie? We are here. Time to wake up.” Elliot calls. “Mommy, mommy, wake up.” I hear Ava calling and I open my eyes and I look distraught at Elliot. I can’t believe I’ve slept for almost six hours. I stretch myself and I grab my bag and I walk to the gateway.

The heat of the Bahamas is killing. But I am in desperate need of some sun. Apparently Elliot has contacted Ana when I was asleep. Because she is standing outside waiting for us. “KATE!!” She shouts, and runs towards me. I think she left the kids with Christian, I fall in her arms, and I’ve missed her so much. When we finally let go each other I take off my sweater and Ava jumps into Ana’s arms. Even Ava missed Ana.

Ana leads us to the car that’s waiting outside. When Taylor sees us he steps out and walks our way to meet us. “Mr. and Mrs. Grey, welcome to the sunny Bahamas. Little miss Ava,” Taylor winks at Ava. And Ava is actually blushing. Ava and Taylor are so good together; Taylor is one of the few men I trust with Ava. He might be a bad ass bodyguard but he is so sweet to Ava, and even to Phoebe and Teddy. He is the kind of bad boy you don’t want to pick a fight with but he can be really sensitive. I can see why Christian trusts his life and even the lives of his most precious possession, his wife and kids. “Hi Taylor, how are you?” I say still a little sleepy.

When we finally step in the car, and drive off to the remote Island Christian bought for Ana. We stop at a dock and step into a motor boat. I put on a life jacket and strap Ava in as well. “Can I please drive the boat?” Elliot begs Ana. Ana smiles, “Elliot, you need to talk to Taylor, he drives the boat.” Obviously Taylor overheard Elliot talking and hands over the key to the boat. “Awesome, thanks Taylor.” I sit back and enjoy the weather. Ana takes a seat next to me and pulls Ava on her lap. I can see that Ava is still a little tired because she cuddles up to Ana and starts sucking her thump. I look at Elliot and see the broad smile on his face. And he disappears down stairs and a couple of minutes later he re-appears in his swim shorts. His muscular body is mouthwatering. I can’t get enough of that view. I stand up and walk towards him, and I snake my hands around his naked abs and I kiss his shoulder. He turns around and kisses me. We lose ourselves in the kiss. We both stop when Ana clears her throat. I am blushing when I look at Ana, “Katherine Agnes Grey Kavanagh, are you blushing?” Ana smirks. I take back my seat and whisper, “Sorry, the Grey men are known to have that effect on women.” I wink at here and we both start laughing like crazy.

Elliot turns around and looks at us. “Everybody ready?” I can see that he really enjoys this. Boys and their toys, my subconscious sneers, while she is on her sunbed enjoying a siesta.
His phone is ringing and pulls his phone from his pocket. “Hey Christian, we are on the boat. We’ll be there soon.” and he hangs up.

Elliot starts the motor and drives away from the dock. I close my eyes and enjoy the sun. I’ve been here a couple minutes and I already regret to go home tonight. It’s a short drive to the island and it’s beautiful. Teddy is standing on the dock waving at us and shouting, “Aunt Kate, Aunt Kate.” And he’s jumping up and down. I completely forget all the trouble back in Seattle. Once we dock, Teddy jumps into my arms and I hug him fondly. I’ve missed him so much. “Mommy says, you have a baby in your tummy.” His hands are stroking my tummy and he kisses it. I remember that when he did the same thing when I was pregnant with Ava. “Aunt Kate has two babies in her tummy,” Ana answers.  Teddy’s eyes fly open and gazes at me, his jaw drops. “Really, two babies? Wow!” is all he can manage. “Teddy, my man.” Elliot says. He holds up his hand and `Teddy slams his little hand against it. “Yo, uncle Lelliot.” He yells. It makes me laugh. Real Grey men.

Christian comes walking out the door. He is wearing jeans and a white t-shirt, by the looks of it he just woke up, and strolls nonchalant our way while carrying Phoebe on his arm. “Aunt Kate,” Phoebe struggles to break free from Christian’s grip. Christian bends down and sets Phoebe on the ground, and she runs towards me. I bend down and I hug her. “Hi Phoebe-bee, how is my little princess doing.” I ask her while I kiss her chubby cheeks. Phoebe doesn’t answer because her face is buried in my neck. Christian opens his arms and shouts, “Welcome to paradise, guys.” I’ve seldom seen Christian so relaxed. He drops to his knees and Ava runs into his arms.

He is just all smiles; it’s good to see him so relaxed. “Mommy, I want to go swimming.” Ava mumbles when Christian finally releases her. “In a bit, baby. Mommy needs to sit down for a minute.” I walk up on the porch and put my bag down. I take a seat in the chair and Christian walks up to me. “Kate, I’d like to congratulate in person on your pregnancy with the twins. And I love to be a Godfather to one of them.” I try to stand up but Christian holds up his hand and he bends down and he kisses my cheeks.
After a cool and welcome drink we stroll of to the beach and I remove my shirt and shorts and reveal my bikini. Elliot sneaks up behind me and whispers, “Still looking hot in a bikini. Pregnant or not. You still the girl I fell in love with, I love you, baby.” And he kisses me behind my ear which makes me swoon. I turn around and kiss him on the lips. Elliot removes his shoes and runs to the ocean. He jumps in and I lay down on the towel, Ana is with Ava and Teddy and Phoebe playing in the sand making sand castles. She told me to take it easy, so I had a little time to soak up the sun.

It is a little after 2 pm when Ana wakes me from my doze. “Ava fell asleep and so did Phoebe; I am going to put the kids to bed. I´ll be back in an hour or so. You stay here and enjoy the sun.” She kisses me on the cheek and walks off. I hadn’t noticed that Christian joined her and he is carrying Ava and Ana carries Phoebe back into the house. Pretty handy to have a house so close on the beach and even nobody is around to mess up the silence. I close my eyes again and enjoy the sun. Suddenly I feel water dripping. When I open my eyes I see Elliot who is standing over me. He kneels down by my feet and raises my foot. He kisses each toe and trails his kisses up to my ankle and my calf and keeps heading north. “Elliot, what are you doing, “I smile. “Sstt, don’t worry nobody is around. I wanted to do this ever since we got off the plane.” He continues kissing me; he pulls my bikini slip just a little bit down and kisses me near my vagina. Every nerve cell in my body awakens, and my blood races through my body, he trails his kisses over my tummy and he goes straight to my breasts and he links his pinkie under my bikini top and lifts it up and frees my breast. “Mmm, I love that your body is changing again.” He swirls his tongue around my nipple and start to nibble it. I moan with pleasure. Every feeling is heightened, it’s exquisite. I love his hands on my body. And I completely forget we are on the beach. While his mouth is on my right breast he frees the left with is hand and start his sweet torture. His right hand moves down and disappears into my bikini slip and sinks two fingers into me. My breathing is much more ragged and I close my eyes and relish his touch. He moves his fingers first slowly, and then Elliot picks up the pace, in and out of me. He eases his fingers out of me and start to massage my clitoris.  I almost explode by the touch his fingers but just as I do, it’s like he notices it and he pull his hand back and releases my breast. I  Our tongues entwine and I lose myself in our kiss. I want to rip of his short but since he has me pinned down, I push my hand in his shorts and stroke his erection. Oh, how I want to feel him in me but suddenly I hear somebody clearing his or her throat. I stop kissing Elliot and cock my head and look straight into Christian’s eyes. He is laughing. “Don’t stop on my account,” he laughs. Elliot stands on his feet and tosses me my bikini top. Quickly I put it on and I hope that I can hide my embarrassment, but I figure it’s too late for that. “The  kids are up and we wanted to go to the mainland to grab some dinner. Ana send me to pick you up. But by the looks of it, you guys already started the main course.” He smirks. I grab my bottle of sun cream and I hurl it towards him. “Shut up, Christian.” I stand up and walk towards the ocean. I step into the water and I go for a quick swim. I need to cool down. A strange feeling creeps down my spine and I look around. I have the strange feeling that somebody is watching me………….
